TERMS OF SERVICE
Last updated: 11 October 2026
Welcome to our store. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and the purchase of our digital products. By accessing our website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these terms, subject to applicable consumer protection laws.
Please read these terms carefully before making a purchase.
1. Nature of Our Products
Our store sells supplier links, supplier directories and related digital information only.
When you purchase from our store, you are purchasing access to supplier links and/or digital information. You are not purchasing physical products, stock, inventory or goods from the suppliers themselves.
Our products are intended to help customers locate or access third-party suppliers. We do not sell, manufacture, dispatch or fulfil the physical products offered by those suppliers unless expressly stated otherwise.
The purchase of a supplier link does not guarantee that a supplier will accept you as a customer, that particular products will be available, or that any supplier will offer specific prices, profit margins, quality levels or business results.
2. Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you have had the opportunity to read and agree to these Terms of Service, together with our applicable policies.
These terms should be made available to you before you complete your purchase. Where required by law, we will obtain separate, express consent or acknowledgement, including for the immediate supply of digital content.
If you do not agree to these terms, you should not place an order.
3. Digital Product Delivery
Our products are delivered digitally, which may include delivery by email, download, website access or another electronic method specified at checkout.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact information and ensuring they can access their purchased digital content.
If you do not receive your supplier links, please contact our customer support team so that we can investigate and assist you.
4. Order Cancellation Policy
We allow customers to request an order cancellation within 15 minutes of placing their order.
Cancellation requests must be submitted through our designated customer support channel and include the relevant order number.
After the 15-minute period, an order may already have been processed or the digital content delivered. Our standard cancellation window will then have expired.
However, this 15-minute policy does not remove any statutory cancellation rights that apply under the laws governing your purchase.
5. Refund Policy
Due to the digital nature of our products, refund requests are assessed in accordance with our Refund Policy and applicable law.
Refunds may be considered where:
- A duplicate payment has been made.
- The purchased supplier links have not been delivered.
- The links are broken or invalid at the time of supply.
- The digital content materially differs from its description.
- A refund or other remedy is required by law.
Where digital content has been correctly delivered and matches its description, refunds may be refused where permitted by law and where any applicable cancellation rights have been validly lost or excluded.
For immediate digital delivery, we will obtain any consent and acknowledgement required by law before supplying the content if that supply affects the customer’s statutory cancellation rights.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits any consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
6. Customer Responsibility
Customers are responsible for their own decisions, actions and business activities after purchasing our supplier links.
We provide supplier links and related information as a resource. Customers must independently assess suppliers, verify relevant details, check product quality, investigate pricing and shipping arrangements, and determine whether a supplier meets their individual needs before entering into any transaction.
We are not responsible for mistakes made by customers, including, where permitted by law:
- Choosing a supplier without conducting appropriate checks.
- Making incorrect business, purchasing, pricing or reselling decisions.
- Misunderstanding supplier terms, product descriptions or shipping arrangements.
- Placing orders with third-party suppliers without verifying the relevant information.
- Any losses arising from a customer’s own actions, negligence or failure to conduct appropriate checks, to the extent permitted by law.
Customers remain responsible for their own transactions and agreements with third-party suppliers.
Nothing in this section excludes our responsibility for our own contractual obligations, misleading statements, negligence where liability cannot legally be excluded, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to exclude.
7. Third-Party Suppliers
The suppliers accessible through our links are independent third parties and are not necessarily owned, operated, controlled or endorsed by our store.
We do not control third-party supplier websites, stock levels, prices, product quality, delivery times, payment terms or business practices.
Supplier information, links, availability and terms may change without notice. We cannot guarantee that every third-party supplier will remain operational or that every link will remain available indefinitely.
Customers should contact and conduct their own checks with suppliers before purchasing products or entering into agreements with them.
Any purchase of physical goods from a third-party supplier is a separate transaction between the customer and that supplier. The supplier’s terms and applicable laws govern that transaction.
Nothing in these terms removes any rights customers may have against us concerning the digital products we sell.
8. No Guarantee of Results
We do not guarantee that purchasing or using our supplier links will generate sales, profits, business growth or any particular financial outcome.
Results depend on numerous factors outside our control, including customers’ decisions, marketing, pricing, demand and third-party supplier performance.
Any examples, recommendations or information provided are for general informational purposes and should not be interpreted as a guarantee of results.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for losses arising from a customer’s own mistakes, decisions, misuse of our digital products or dealings with independent third-party suppliers.
We do not accept responsibility for third-party actions or failures that are outside our reasonable control, subject to any responsibilities we have under applicable law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights as a consumer.
10. Acceptable Use
Customers agree not to misuse our website or digital products, attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems, or use our content for unlawful purposes.
Unless expressly authorised, purchased supplier links and digital materials must not be redistributed, resold, reproduced or shared with others in a manner that infringes our intellectual property rights or applicable law.
11. Intellectual Property
All original content on our website, including our branding, written materials, guides, directories and website design, belongs to us or our respective licensors unless otherwise stated.
Purchasing access to our digital products grants you the right to use the purchased information for its intended purpose. It does not transfer ownership of our intellectual property.
Third-party supplier names, logos and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners.
12. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms of Service from time to time. Updated terms will be published on our website with a revised update date.
Changes will apply in accordance with applicable law and will not retrospectively remove rights that customers have already acquired.
13. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to the transaction, subject to any mandatory consumer protection rules that apply in the customer’s country of residence.
Nothing in these terms prevents a consumer from exercising any mandatory legal rights available to them.
14. Contact Information
If you have questions about these Terms of Service, your order or our digital products, please contact us through the contact information provided on our website.
By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are purchasing supplier links and/or digital information, not physical products from our store, and that you agree to these Terms of Service to the extent permitted by applicable law.
